No. This is our most important commitment.
Our editors clarify, structure, and polish. They do not theologize. We never insert new claims, reframe your doctrinal positions, or add ideas that weren’t present in your sermons. Your theology is sacred ground; we don’t touch it.
Every chapter goes through your review before finalization. If something doesn’t sound like you or doesn’t reflect what you meant, we revise until it does. You have final approval on all content.
What denominations do you work with?
All of them.
We work with pastors from Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, Pentecostal, Anglican, non-denominational, and many other traditions. Our role is not to evaluate your theology; it’s to preserve and present it clearly.
We respect theological diversity and never edit toward a particular doctrinal position.
How do you ensure my voice stays intact?
Voice preservation is built into every stage.
Style guide intake: we document your vocabulary, phrases, and theological terms before editing begins.
Sample chapter calibration: we draft one chapter first and ask: does this sound like you?
Iterative review: you review every chapter and can flag anything that feels off.
The goal: readers should feel like they’re hearing you teach, just in book form.
Process and input
What if I don’t have transcripts?
Not a problem. Most pastors don’t.
We accept audio recordings, video files, YouTube links, rough notes, or partial transcripts. We handle professional transcription as part of the process.
Can you work from YouTube sermons?
Yes. Simply send us the links. We’ll download the audio, transcribe it professionally, and use that as source material.
How much time will I need to spend reviewing?
Less than you might expect. For a 10-chapter book:
- Discovery call: 30 minutes
- Style guide intake: 20-30 minutes
- Chapter reviews: 1-2 hours per chapter
- Final review: 1-2 hours
Total: roughly 15-25 hours spread over a few months.
How do revisions work?
Each option includes revision rounds (2-3 depending on your partnership level). You receive chapters, add comments, and we revise based on your feedback. A round covers feedback on the full manuscript, and we go back and forth until you’re satisfied.
Publishing
Do you publish the book for me?
We can, but we don’t have to. Our core service delivers a publication-ready manuscript. You can self-publish (we assist with Amazon and IngramSpark), pursue traditional publishers, or print privately for your congregation.
Transparency and AI
What is a provenance report?
A transparency document showing exactly where your book content came from. We mark content as pastor-originated, editorial bridging, or AI-assisted. This gives you complete visibility into how the book was constructed.

Can this become a devotional or small group resource?
Yes, and it’s one of our most common requests. Your book can be adapted into daily devotional format, small group study guides, or companion workbooks. Available as add-ons to any partnership option, and included in Ministry Partnership.
What’s the typical timeline?
Most projects complete in 3-6 months:
