Can AI turn my sermons into a book?
Yes and no. AI alone can produce a manuscript from your sermons; what it can’t produce is a trustworthy one. The difference is human judgment, and proof of where every sentence came from.
Where AI-only tools fall short
Feed sermons into an AI-only pipeline and you’ll get chapters back. But the voice that comes out is the tool’s, not yours: the cadence flattens, the distinctive phrases wash out, and a preacher who has taught for decades starts sounding like everything else on the internet. Worse, generative tools can quietly introduce framing and ideas that were never preached. In most writing that’s a nuisance. In a book that carries your name and your doctrine, it’s disqualifying.
Where AI genuinely helps
We use AI as a tool: for transcription, formatting, and identifying structure across an archive. Every piece of content then passes through human hands, human eyes, and human judgment. Editors clarify and polish; they don’t theologize. Your review of every chapter is built into the process, and nothing is final until it sounds like you.
